Return & Refund Policy

At Reywind, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and personal care standards, skincare products are eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received is leaking or tampered
  • Item missing from the order

To be eligible

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product must remain unused
  • Original packaging should be retained

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for: Opened or used products — Products damaged after delivery — Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales — Change of mind or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and assist accordingly.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Estimated refund timelines

  • UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Processing time may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Replacements

Eligible products may be replaced based on product availability.

If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Approval Rights

Reywind reserves the right to:

  • Reject fraudulent claims
  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • Request additional proof where necessary
