Cancellation Policy

At Reywind, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How To Request A Cancellation

To request order cancellation, please email us immediately with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Registered Name
  • Contact Details

Our team will verify the order status and assist accordingly.

Refund For Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • The full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Estimated timelines

  • UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Orders Not Eligible For Cancellation

Orders may not be cancelled if:

  • The order has already been shipped
  • The product is out for delivery
  • The order was placed during certain limited-time promotional campaigns (if specified)

Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders

Repeated refusal or fake COD orders may lead to: Restriction of COD access — Temporary or permanent account limitations.

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
  • Refuse cancellations that violate policy terms

In such cases, applicable refunds will be processed accordingly.
